We offer part-time positions, farm sitter opportunities, and volunteer roles for individuals who are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with real ranch work. This is not a petting zoo and not a drop-in experience—our animals and event guests depend on consistency and care.
Part-Time Ranch Help
Paid Position
Part-time ranch help supports daily operations and animal care. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical, outdoor work and can follow established routines.
Typical responsibilities include:
Weekday morning chores beginning at 8:00 AM
Feeding, watering, haying horses, cattle, dogs, and cats
Letting dogs out and maintaining animal areas
Cleaning stalls, paddocks, kennels, and common areas
General ranch chores as needed
Occasional weekend availability for True Crime Event setup and teardown
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old or older
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor conditions
Willingness to complete a background check if selected
Farm Sitter
Paid | As-Needed
Farm sitters provide short-term coverage when the owners are away. This role requires maturity, attention to detail, and confidence handling daily routines without supervision.
Typical responsibilities include:
Feeding and checking horses, cows, dogs, and cats
Morning and evening chore routines
Observing animals for changes in behavior or health
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property
Clear communication and daily updates
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old or older
Reliable transportation
Prior animal or farm experience
Ability to follow written instructions precisely
Dependability and availability during scheduled coverage periods

Unpaid | Limited Availability
Volunteer roles are offered on a limited basis and are designed for individuals interested in learning about ranch operations, horsemanship, or animal care. Volunteer positions do not replace paid staff and are scheduled based on ranch needs.
Volunteer opportunities may include:

Supporting supervised animal care tasks
